NEW YORK, N.Y. — The NJCAA has announced its 2025 Women's Volleyball All-America Teams, and Fashion Institute of Technology standout setter Juun Shin has been selected as a Third Team All-American.
Shin becomes the first Tiger to earn All-America distinction since Stephanie Berdon and Jenna Butler achieved the honor in 2019. She is also one of just three Region 15 student-athletes to earn All-America honors this season, joining Cherlialix Carmona (Monroe College–Bronx) and Jenna Ramlogan (Nassau Community College).
Her All-America recognition caps a strong rookie campaign. The 2025 NJCAA Region 15 Setter of the Year and First Team All-Region honoree registered 509 assists this season. She recorded 40 assists in a match twice and posted at least 30 assists in six separate contests. Shin also led all Region 15 players with 7.17 assists per set and helped guide FIT to a national ranking as high as No. 12 during the year.
