Box Score 2 POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – The FIT Tigers Women's Volleyball team extended their perfect start to the 2025 season, improving to 13-0 overall, after earning two Region XV victories on Saturday at Dutchess Community College.
FIT opened the day with a 3-0 sweep over Dutchess CC, displaying sharp execution at the net and consistent energy throughout the match. In their second contest, the Tigers battled through a tough five-set showdown to defeat Orange County Community College, 3-2, showcasing grit and resilience when it mattered most.
Each Tiger contributed in key moments, from crucial serves and defensive stops to timely kills and big blocks. The team's ability to stay composed under pressure helped secure both wins and maintain their undefeated record.
The Tigers return to action on Saturday, October 11, hitting the road for another Region XV doubleheader at LaGuardia Community College. FIT will face LaGuardia CC at 1:30 PM followed by BMCC at 3:00 PM.
