After a season filled with intense matches and a record of 6-1, FIT Women's tennis team felt great coming into the Regional tournament. Each player from 1st singles to 6th, played their hardest to help the team become victorious at their Regional Competition and gained their spot to play at Nationals. 

The team had a great time playing in Peachtree City, Georgia. The weather was perfect for playing tennis! 1st doubles pair Nicole Hoelderin and Olivia Fava, worked together to give tough shots to their competitors. Hoelderin served many aces and Fava made deep, hard to return shots! 2nd doubles pair, Svetlana Kouptsov and Jasmine Matos keep each other energized during their matches! 

Although singles did not have results we wanted, everyone played their game and tried their hardest! 2nd singles player, Nicole Holerderin had been down one set, but won several more games the second set. 3rd singles player, Olivia Fava, also got great play and showed great sportsmanship to other players. 4th singles player, Svetlana Kouptsov, made it to the finals of the consolation matches and finished 2nd in that bracket. 5th singles player, Jasmine Matos, also made it to the finals of the consolation bracket, and won her match! 6th single player, Maggie Roubal, had great game play as well hitting great volleys! The competition was tough, but FIT was tougher! Everyone played their hearts out and represented FIT with excellence and kindness.
