NEW YORK, N.Y. – The No. 12 nationally ranked FIT Tigers Women's Volleyball team continued its unbeaten run Thursday night, outlasting Raritan Valley Community College in a thrilling 3-2 victory to improve to 15-0 overall on the season.
In one of their toughest tests yet, the Tigers showed tremendous poise and teamwork, rallying behind timely serving, strong defense, and balanced offensive execution. FIT's chemistry and resilience shined through as they closed out the decisive fifth set to remain perfect on the year.
Juun Shin delivered in key moments—recording crucial serves and blocks when the Tigers needed them most. She also brought an aggressive presence at the net, adding several important kills to help seal the win.
With the victory, FIT continues to sit atop the Region XV standings while maintaining its top-15 national ranking.
The Tigers return to action on Saturday, October 18, for a pair of matches at the FIT Gymnasium, taking on The New School (12:00 PM) and Word of Life Bible Institute (1:30 PM).
