Fashion Institute of Technology Tigers drop first set  against Borough of Manhattan Community College Panthers. During the first the Tigers struggled with picking up on the Panthers offensive with adding a handful of their own unforced errors. Abbey Aksoy (Lewiston, NY) both having  4 point runs putting the Tigers up 16-7. Tigers take the second set from the Panthers 25-17. Tigers later struggle to find a passing rhythm, losing the third and fourth set: 16-25, 19-25. Setter,

Paige Truncale (Nesconset, NY) adding 5 kills.
Haley Bednarick (Mooresville, NC) leads the Tiger's defense with 14 digs and Aksoy with a personal high of 12 digs.. Tigers fall 1-3 against the Panthers: 15-25, 25-17, 16-25,19-25.

Paige Truncale (Nesconset, NY) gave Tigers a serving run, Ling with 5 points and Truncale with 4 giving the Tigers a 12-5 lead. Setter,

Emma Serapilio-Frank ( Rochester, NY) bringing the momentum with a solo block out of the middle. Ling later finds her self in another serving run winning the Tigers 4 points. Tigers win the set 25-17.
Ling continues her serving streak with Serapilio-Frank and
Haley Bednarick (Mooresville, NC). Serapilio-Frank adds another solo block to the match, winning the set 25-19. Sophonore
Arpi Dayian (Dallas, TX) starts the set with a 3 point serving run and ending the match with a 9 point run. Tigers finishing the match 25-13. Dayian ends the match with 12 assists and  Bednarick carrying the offensive line with 9 kills. Ling leads the defense with 14 kills and
Abbey Aksoy (Lewiston, NY) helping out with 10 digs. Tigers take the win against the Broncos: 25-17, 25-19, 25-13.
Tigers are back on the court this coming weekend at the CCRI Classic Invitational facing CCRI and NECC, with other visiting teams: NHTI, Federick, and Bunker Hill.Â
