Fashion Institute of Technology Athletics

Franja is a freshman majoring in Advertising and Marketing Communications.  He comes from a family of swimmers, and as a result has been swimming since he was five.  He has participated in local, state, and regional competitions in his home country, Mexico, for teams such as Club Chivas, Sport’s City, and Carril4tro.  Franja is returning to swimming following suffering a skin condition that kept him out of the pool, but is making a determined comeback.  No athlete serves him as inspiration; however, he admires fashion figures such as Diane Von Furstenberg who endorse healthy lifestyles in the fashion industry.
