Tigers Compete at the NJCAA National Championship Meet
Saturday, March 9th
The Women's and Men's Swim Teams concluded their 2023-2024 season in grand style after four long days of competition at the NJCAA National Championship Meet held at Indian River State College located in Ft Pierce, FL.
The women finished in 6th place overall, and even had a couple of placements on the podium. The team's top performer was sophomore Isabelle Lange who posted a season best time in all of her events, and finished 7th overall in the 100 freestyle with an impressive 57.48
The top performer on the men's team was Nico Korten. He posted personal bests in every race he swam including the 100/200 Breaststroke and the 200/400IM.
The team of mostly freshmen swimmers performed incredibly well and look to build on this success in 2024-2025 as sophomore team leaders who will set the tone for the team and an exciting new crop of freshmen who are expected to join.
