For their second meet of the season, The Tigers traveled to Baruch College to take on their cross-town opponent Bearcats along with the York College Cardinals in a tri-meet.  

In a heart-pounding start to the competition, the Tiger women's medley relay team, comprised of Sophia Congelosi, Isabelle Lange, Mia Bacani, and Lily Krigelski, set the tone for the evening with a sensational performance. The race was a testament to their incredible teamwork and determination.

The race began with Sophia Congelosi's powerful backstroke, which showcased her tenacity. Isabelle Lange followed with a dynamic butterfly, Mia Bacani an impressive breaststroke, and Lily Krigelski closed the race with an exciting freestyle finish, leading the team to a stunning victory over Baruch, with a remarkable relay time of 2:29.80 edging out the Bearcats by less than one second!  

While the Tigers couldn't overcome the fierce competition from Baruch in the overall meet, their unwavering spirit and hard work throughout the night earned them a victory over York, and a second place finish in the tri-meet.

The performances showcased not only the Tigers' abilities but also their sportsmanship and perseverance.  The team eagerly anticipates more thrilling races and achievements as the season progresses.  Come cheer on the Tigers in their next meet of the season, an exciting quad meet at Lehman College to take place on Saturday, November 18th at 1pm!
