FIT @ Suffolk CC 9/22:

Saturday, September 22nd FIT Tigers battled against SCC Sharks. It was a highly intensive and competitive game. FIT Tigers scored in the first half with 41 seconds remaining. Goal scored by Katherine Lillis assisted by Gabrielle L'Insalata. Unfortunately, for the Tigers the Sharks tied the game forcing the two teams into overtime. Each and every girl fought hard throughout the entire 110 minutes of the game. FIT Tigers kept their fight up just in time to end the game 2-1 in double overtime. Haley Tarazona had the game winning goal with the assist of Gabrielle L'Insalata with 25 seconds left in the game. The FIT Tigers are truly growing as a team and becoming better each and every day

FIT @ Middlesex CC 9/23:


Sunday, September 23rd FIT Tigers versed Middlesex Blue Colts. The Blue Colts scored an early goal however FIT Tigers kept their composer and settled the game. Tigers were missing key defenders due to injuries however, Virginia Topete, normally a half back, stepped up to fill in. We had a strong defense tackling each of their offensive players hard. The Tigers has shots from Katherine Lillis, Gabrielle L'Insalata, Dayna Lawerence, and Nabi Williams. The game ended in a 1-0 loss however, overall, FIT Tigers had a great game.
