Fashion Institute of Technology Athletics

Cassandra has been swimming since she was nine years old, when she joined the Watertown Park and Recreation Swim Team. She swam varsity for Watertown High School for four years and throughout her career has received Outstanding Participant, Most Improved, Coach’s Award, a nomination for the Bill Knox Scholarship, and the honor of being the captain of her high school team. In the Naugatuck Valley League Championship, Cassandra placed in the top five in both the 100 backstroke and 100 butterfly.  At the 2017 NJCAA Nationals, Cassandra placed 12th in the 200 backstroke, 13th in the 50 backstroke, and 19th in both the 200 IM and 100 backstroke. Cassandra plans to graduate with a degree in Fashion Business Management and become a buyer.
