Fashion Institute of Technology Athletics

"Katelyn Prinz is a returning player for FIT's Women's soccer team. She is a second year captain and is looking forward to contributing as much as she can to the team. Katelyn has been playing soccer for 16 years and was formally coached by her dad Jerry Prinz. She has played for numerous travel teams and also ran track and field at her high school. 

Katelyn is in her third year at FIT as a junior studying Fashion Business Management, double minoring in Italian Studies and English. She has recently earned her associates in Fashion Merchandising Management and earned magna cum laude. Katelyn has remained on dean's list since her first year of college and was an active member of FIT's honors society Phi Theta Kappa. This past spring semester, Katelyn was awarded All-State Academic Team for her academic excellence and involvement in FIT. 

Katelyn is supported by her parents Ellen and Jerry Prinz and by her older sister Ashley and her soon-to-be brother in law Dave."
