The FIT volleyball team traveled to Bourough of Manhattan Community College on Saturday to play the hosts BMCC and Bronx CC. In their first match, the Tigers were off to a slow start. With the BMCC Panthers leading by three for most of the first set, FIT struggled to regain the lead, and lost the first set 21-25. Jenna Butler helped pace the Tigers through the rest of the set. FIT stayed aggressive into the third set with 9 team kills. The Tigers took both the second and third sets 25-12 and 25-17. FIT struggled to dig themselves out of the hole and lost set four 16-25. Set five was neck and neck between the two teams looking for their first conference win. Both teams fought tough until the finish, but BMCC found themselves on top in the end with a 16-14 win. Setter
