The night proved to be a success on all levels.
Leading the way for FIT was
Megan Houff with 19 points on 12 kills, 4 blocks and 3 aces.
Rachel Carey followed with 13 points on 13 kills.
Sarah Grochowski led the team with 23 digs and
Lauren Curley added a team high 32 assists. Breanna Dolan had a strong game, adding 6 kills, 5 digs, and a block assist.
"I feel like the team is peaking at the right time of the season," said Coach Thomas. "Tonight we played with a few distractions and had to change things on the fly. Hitters adjusted mid-game to sets that were not ideal, and the passing got better as the game went along."
