Naderah Munajj, a Miami, Florida native, began training in dance and musical theater at the African Heritage Cultural Arts Center at just four years old. Now a Grammy and Emmy Award–winning artist, Naderah is also a proud recipient of the distinguished FAMU 40 Under 40 award. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the illustrious Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) in 2012.

Naderah has performed with renowned artists including Megan Thee Stallion, Doja Cat, J. Cole, Coco Jones, Lil Nas X, and Ciara, but she is perhaps best known for her standout solo performance during Beyoncé’s historic Coachella appearance. Her film and television credits include principal dance roles in Oprah Winfrey’s The Color Purple and VH1’s Drumline: A New Beat, as well as featured acting appearances in BET’s hit series “Boomerang” and “The Quad,” where she helped highlight HBCU dance culture in mainstream media. In 2024, Naderah completed the First National Tour of Mrs. Doubtfire: The Broadway Musical.

Guided by Mahatma Gandhi’s mantra, “Be the change you wish to see in the world,” Naderah continues to use her light to inspire and educate the next generation.
