On Saturday, October 14th, the Tigers Cross Country team competed at the St. Joseph's Invitational Region 15 Championship race at Sunken Meadow State Park, NY. 

Top women's finisher Kaylee Lupowitz placed third in the 5k with a time of 23:15.62, followed by Elizabeth Song in 10th place with a time of 25:54.55, Amayah Meas in 15th, and Jennifer Rubiano in 25th place. In the men's race, Matthew Pollackov finished the 8k race in 11th place with a time of 34:03.54

Despite another rainy day, and the women's team running one short of the amount needed to score as a team, the Tigers turned in some great performances.  The team continues to push themselves harder in training and improve their times each week which in preparation for the National Championship Race to take place on November 11th in Huntsville, AL.
