The Tigers competed in the Queensborough Invitational at Van Cortlandt Park.  In contrast to the first meet of the season, the conditions were perfect for a cross-country race. The women's team placed 8th overall and were the runner-up in the Junior College division.  The first runner to cross the finish line was Kimiko Quayle, boasting a time of 21:21.5 with a 3rd-place finish out of a field of 132 runners!  On the men's side, Matthew Pollackov finished the 8k race with a time of 35:56.8, which was 5 seconds faster than his time the previous week.

Come cheer on your Tigers in their last race of the regular season, the Medgar Evers College Legacy Invitational on Sunday, Oct 22nd at Vancordlant Park at 10am  GO TIGERS!!
